We are looking for a highly experienced Microsoft Lead to join our team. You will be responsible for leading projects with big brands, and working with a diverse team of professionals in an international setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead in projects and provide guidance to team members.
- Provide functional and technical expertise in M365 to clients.
- Assist in the development and implementation of solutions for clients.
- Ensure project quality.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of working experience in a similar role.
- You have a strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 stack, including SharePoint, Azure and Teams.
- Experience with Purview is a plus.
- You are a strong communicator. You can adjust your language to the audience in front of you.
- You have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- You can translate the customer’s needs in the optimal technical solution.
- You are customer-oriented, love to lead workshops and have an analytical mind.
- You speak English fluently.
- You enjoy a multicultural environment at work.
- You like to work in a team and share knowledge for the best result.
