About the job
In an increasingly complex world, we help our clients maintain an overview of their crucial information flows. Whether it’s implementing tailor-made solutions within an OpenText product or designing innovative processes, your contribution will have a direct impact on the success of our organization and our clients. Our current and upcoming projects in the field of Extended ECM (xECM) are challenging, innovative, and offer you plenty of opportunities to apply your knowledge and expertise. This includes defining and writing the high- and low-level designs of the packages to be implemented, mentoring (junior) colleagues, and taking ownership of the solutions to be delivered. You ensure optimal and high-quality service!
We work with and for organizations active in the financial, government, life sciences, insurance, manufacturing, utilities, and pharmaceutical sectors. Often, we deal with millions of information flows with significant societal impact. Your challenge? Streamlining the information lifecycle of our clients within this context, managing content processes, and acting as a customer-oriented consultant. Where necessary, you challenge your stakeholders and advise them on the most suitable set-up and future-proof solution based on your knowledge and expertise.
What will you do concretely?
- You will actively share your clear vision on Enterprise Content Management with clients and colleagues.
- You will work on multiple projects related to digital documents and content management, all within the enterprise segment.
- Together with your colleagues and clients, you will discuss technical solutions for specific functional requirements.
- You will translate functional requirements into a neat technical analysis and architecture.
- As a senior, you will assist your team with their technical challenges and help further develop their skills.

Requirements
- In-depth expertise: Substantial experience in the field of Enterprise Content Management, with demonstrable successes in implementing complex solutions.
- Technical skills: You are capable of overcoming advanced technical challenges. You have proven your ability to draft a technical design that meets the highest standards.
- Architecture: A keen eye for designing robust and scalable architectures. You understand the nuances of system integration and can provide effective solutions that meet customer needs.
- DevOps methodologies: Experience with DevOps practices and methodologies to increase the efficiency of development and implementation processes.
- OpenText affinity: Interest in OpenText Content Suite and/or similar ECM platforms. Knowledge of the latest developments within the OpenText ecosystem is, of course, a plus.
- Leadership and collaboration: Proven ability to act as a leader within the team. You have experience motivating and guiding team members, and you are an active participant in achieving common goals.
- Proactive problem solver: You not only think in terms of opportunities but also in solutions. You have the skill to proactively address and solve complex problems.
- Communication skills: Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
